While I am not a medical professional, I bring deep experience in supporting individuals navigating complex and sensitive challenges. This includes those recovering from grief, trauma, various forms of abuse and mental health struggles such as self-harm, eating disorders, addiction, body image issues and suicidal ideation.
My focus is on creating a safe, empathetic space where people can begin to rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and development.
I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia and sensory processing differences. I understand that no two minds work the same and I tailor my approach to honour each person’s unique strengths, communication styles and needs. My aim is to create an inclusive, empowering environment where neurodivergent people feel seen, heard and supported to thrive, both personally and professionally.
I can support individuals through the impact of relationship breakdowns, whether with a manager, colleague or in their personal life. These experiences can shake confidence and focus and I draw on my background in NLP, mindset coaching, and conflict resolution to offer practical tools and strategies that help people rebuild clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
By supporting a deeper understanding of personal needs and communication styles, it is key to learn y our own but also that of others. I help navigate tension, restore connection, and move forward with confidence.
Whether it’s the result of a toxic boss, unrealistic expectations or feeling like you’ve had to do it all alone, burnout isn’t just exhaustion, it’s disconnection from yourself.
I can facilitate sessions designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect with your energy, boundaries and needs. Through practical mindset coaching and supportive tools, we’ll rebuild your capacity to lead, work and live in a way that’s sustainable and true to you.
With extensive experience advising and supporting individuals through the complexities of settlement agreements, both from an employer and employee perspective, I offer a calm, strategic space to help you make informed decisions.
Whether you're negotiating terms, seeking a fairer outcome, or simply trying to understand your options, I can provide clear, compassionate guidance before legal intervention is required.
While I don’t offer legal advice, I help you prepare effectively, communicate with confidence and advocate for yourself with clarity and composure so you can move forward on terms that feel right for you and your situation.
